Superintendent Engineer 4-stroke (m/f/d)

Responsibilities - Technical preparation and execution of service-works on board ships
- Commissioning of service products
- Execute overhauls, maintenance works as well as on-site failure source investigations and
- Lead and manage assigned team and related activities during the work execution
- Interact with customers during the work execution and offer best solutions
- Proactively advice and promote available products and solutions to customers
- Prepare list of required work materials, spare parts, tools for each operation
- Preparing of jobs including scope of work, spare parts, men power, other resources, travel route and time
- Preparation of complex internal and external service work reports including conclusions/recommendations and documentation on executed work
- Collect and organize time and expense report after completion of the job in time and cooperate with FS operations
Requirements - structured, analytical and self-dependent working attitude

- high degree of motivation, engagement and flexibility

- sales and customer oriented
- minimum 3 years experience as certified engineer/ 5 years as engineer and working experience on board of ships/at ship yards
- knowledge of Deutz/MWM engines seen as advantage

Fluent German language skills and basic language skills in verbal and written English are mandatory

The ideal candidate has a professional education as Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Ship Operation Engineering or equivalent.
