Position description • The position reports directly to Director, SUEAC, provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support, including manage/coordinate Director’s schedules/calendar, make travel arrangements, prepare travel itinerary, make expenses report, etc;
• Organize and coordinate important business events, arrange major meetings and conferences, including to make arrangements for important visitors;
• Organize meetings, make meeting notes and prepare meeting minutes. Organize all correspondence, reports, and presentation materials;
• Keep good liaison and communication with internal departments and external customers;
• Provide written and verbal translation as required;
• To carry out other assignment designated by the Director
Requirements • Good command of English, both oral and written
• Fast-paced, proactive, co-operative and well organized;
• Able to perform secretarial and clerical duties with deliberate speed and accuracy;
• Able to handle multi-task with excellent prioritization skills under minimal supervision
• Attention to details with analytical thinking and problem solving skills;
• Practical experience and well versed with all aspects of MS-office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Must be friendly, personable and able to build harmonious working relationships with clients, co-workers
• High level of initiative, motivation, judgement and integrity;
• Mature, strong sense of responsibility, and very much self-disciplined in recognizing and protecting confidential information;
Bachelor degree or equivalent, preferably in English or Business Administration; At least 3 years working experience in similar position in multinational companies
