Position description As a Online Services Digital Marketing Manager you will support in defining, managing and developing the global marketing communications activities for online services across Wärtsilä Corporation.

We are seeking a dynamic proven Marketing professional who would like to join a team of passionate colleagues and support in driving the team into the world of Online Services.
Responsibilities To lead the design and development of innovative international digital marketing campaigns through internal and external online media.
• To communicate Online Services features new developments, features and upgrades, to external and internal new and existing users through email marketing campaigns.
• To publish a quarterly marketing newsletter to publish the latest key topics and developments related to Online Services.
• To communicate Online Services new through internal and external news mediums and social media channels including external media, Wärtsilä.com, LinkedIn, Twitter, SMARP, Yammer and Compass.
• Management of the international events schedule, ensuring its compliance with budgets and is supportive of the Online Services objectives.
• Liaising and networking with the corporate, business and product line marketing teams to maximise marketing coverage for Online Services.
• Management of effective launch plans to ensure comprehensive introduction of new products and services.
• Management of the production, amendment and issue of marketing collateral to support the Online Services team.
• Entrusted with the idea generation, content and design of the Online Services’ digital and printed marketing materials, ensuring consistency and brand alignment throughout.
• Optimisation and ongoing development of the Online Services and related sections of the Wärtsilä website.
• Initiate and collect marketing related development and enhancement proposals from internal and external stakeholders.
• Reporting on all marketing activities to ensure effective campaign content, management and return on investment.
• Management of the Online Services marketing budget, including forecasting and reporting.

Preferred location: Helsinki, FI, other possible locations: Italy, Singapore, USA, United Kingdom.
Requirements Key Skills:
• Skilled user of digital marketing tools and systems such as Salesforce Pardot
• Concept creation development and implementation (deployment)
• Strong Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Exposure to international marketing
• Flexible approach to Business
• Strong team player

• MSc or BSc degree (or equivalent) in a Marketing field
• Digital marketing Qualification
• Strong evidence of Continuous Personal Development related to Marketing

Ideal background:

• Proven marketing background covering conventional and Digital Marketing Channels
• Understanding of Wärtsilä’s and Services business, products and solutions is an advantage
• International, Brand positioning experience
• Project Management Conventional and Agile
• Experienced to work deliver corporate and client guidelines
• Ability to work cross functionally within an organisation
• International, Brand positioning experience
