Position description Prepare service works for Service Unit Latin America and Caribbean. Make sure engineers go prepared to the job: scope, project chart, tools, technical information. Key performance indicators for the position are:
o Customer satisfaction
o Planned hours vs. actual hours on a job
o Quality of services
o Rework
o Work according to process
o Speed to answer and resolve issues
o Time to invoice
o Sales & margin
o Implementation of processes
o Cost awareness & control
o Injury

Requirements Manage assigned activities globally or locally according to the business strategy within assigned responsibility area.
Ensure the implementation of the processes and tools according to business as well as Quality, Safety and Environmental guidelines.
Cooperate and interact with relevant internal stakeholders.
Ensure preparation of people when assigned on a work order.
Develop business for Service Delivery in general.
Proactively work to enable cross-organizational cooperation.
Ensure that the business objectives and targets are met.
Ensure that the organization continuously seek for solutions in assigned area according to best practices in Wartsila.
To comply with the management system accordingly to what has been implemented locally for her/his position
Perform all activities needed to reach the objectives of the position and comply with the orders, instructions, values and company policies applicable as employee and/or the position
- Studies and experience in Mechanical Engineering
- Project Management certified
- Fluent verbal in English and Spanish
5 years in technical organization, with proven skills in project management in the energy sector.
