What we want you to bring to the table:
• In depth Agile Experience
You have 2-5 years of agile software project, product or process management experience and sound knowledge in managing and supporting agile software development processes. After your first roles in an agile team, you have in-depth and hands on experience (3+ years) in coaching Scrum Masters, teams and business people around agile topics. You are experienced with delivering in at least one agile framework, including Scrum, Lean, Kanban, XP, SAFe, or LeSS etc. You are competent to support Scrum Masters and experienced Leads when their knowledge and capabilities end in topics like Scrum, Kanban, Large Scale Scrum, Scrum of Scrums. You are able to analyze a business unit and understand their context in order to bring that unit to the next level of agility. You combine data driven work with soft factors.
• Coaching and Facilitation
You are strong in building trustful relationships and able to coach diverse roles from engineer to product, and from scrum masters to leads in a structured way. You are also able to design and run trainings and facilitations for individuals and small and large groups.
As most of your job will be around communication, you excel at it. You react on body language, understand the meaning behind words, are able to connect to people and love to communicate with highly diverse employees. You are able to adapt your communication and language to your audience.
You enjoy working in a team of coaches on a common strategy. You are constructive and full of positive attitude, and you enjoy bringing your own team to the next level as much as you enjoy coaching other teams.
• Walk the talk
You are agile yourself. When you design products, trainings and coaching sessions, you channel agility in your work. You practice what you preach and feel uncomfortable not to have your team board and own kaizen. You breathe agility.
