Position description PROJECT MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage system delivery projects according to Eniram project delivery processes and procedures from the project sales handover until closing of the project for future new customer accounts in Canada as well as for assigned existing customer accounts around the world.
• Produce and manage project plans including schedules and work breakdown structures.
• Act as the main contact and focal point towards customers (vessel owners, operators, charterers, shipyards), customer shipyard site management teams, shipyards, 3rd party system suppliers, hardware and services subcontractors.
• Produce and manage project plans and status reporting as well as manage project meetings with all necessary parties involved.
• Oversee and manage project resources and their works from different disciplines.
• Oversee and manage vessel site inspections, technical installations and technical commissioning

Requirements • Ability to manage Eniram system, product and services delivery projects fully independently without supervision.
• Advanced level of experience and knowledge of the following regulations, standards and requirements in the maritime and offshore oil and gas industries:
o Different maritime classification society regulations in general and also regarding maritime vessel performance monitoring and optimization systems and their cyber risk management
o IEC specifications
o ISO specifications
o IMO regulations
o IECEx
o ATEX
o Green Passports and Hazardous Materials Inventory requirements
o Different oil major specifications
o Different shipyard general and purchase order specifications
o Human Factor Engineering requirements
o Inspection and Test Planning requirements
o Project documentation requirements in marine as well as offshore oil and gas industries
o NMEA standards

• Based on advanced knowledge and experience from Eniram products and services, the ability to train the vessel crew on the usage of the Eniram system and the Eniram products B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in mechanical engineering or marine engineering or electrical engineering.
• Advanced knowledge and experience from a minimum 3-year period managing Eniram system, product and services deliveries to numerous different types of ships.
