1. coordinate the warranty claim with SY and owner based on contract and under Wartsila warranty policy, find tech. support to them and close the claim as pratical as possible to keep customer satisfied.
2. arrange warranty service with required spare parts and report result to all related parties.
3. record all warranty cost and try utmost effort to reduce the warranty cost.
4. use SAP for warranty processing.
5. weekly report warranty situation of each warranty case.
6. ensure all warranty related form/doc. updated in time and filed.
7. give support to service coordinator Ms. Lisa for service engineer travel expense checking, spare parts stock supervise,

4. skilled use win7/office outlook/word/excel/ppt tools
5. be good at learning. Bachelor and above education level. two years working experience and above
