Position description Wärtsilä Services is looking for a Coordinator, Parts Coordination Management to work in Global Logistics Services.

The position is temporary. Location: Turku, Finland
Responsibilities - Handling and coordination of quotations and orders to Network Companies and external customers
- Quality and Response time for orders and inquiries
- Follow-up of parts deliveries according to agreed process, including possible problem solving and
claim handling
- Act as a link between Network Companies / external customer and various departments in WGLS and
Solutions and Delivery Management involved in spare part delivery process
- Communicate with external and internal interest parties regarding inquiries, orders and deliveries
- Identify and report possible improvement areas in the way of working
- Off-hour support for spare part deliveries (24 hrs service)
- Other duties as requested by the superior.
