Position description Maintain and further develop new and present assigned customer relationships.
Identify and develop new sales projects.
Actively plan and implement customer visits providing a strong and professional support to our customers.
Ensure that customer inquiries, are responded to in a prompt and professional manner.
Sales project budgeting and offer preparation.
Develop, report and assume accountability for sales and margin budget among assigned customer accounts.
Requirements DESIRED SKILLS
Dynamic, self-going and willing to travel.
Understand the marine industry players, market drivers and our customers business.
Knowledge about local conditions and regulations.
Technical knowledge of the industry’s products and solutions.
Business development and sales process skills.
Negotiation, risk management and customer relationship management.
Commercial, contractual and deal closing skills.
It is required that you speak Norwegian fluently.
An existing network in the Norwegian maritime industry is a great benefit.
Be able to perform presentations in Norwegian as well as English.

EDUCATION
Technical and preferable Economical/ Commercial background at BSc/ MSc/ MBA level.
Extensive and relevant experience might replace higher education.

EXPERIENCE
Relevant work experience from Business Development, Project Sales and Sales Account Management
