Responsibilities The Role:
•To supervise mechanical installation works site.

Duties and responsibilities:
General
•Supervise the scope of work and follow material flow at site.
•Guide mechanical subcontractor(s) at site.
•To maintain good customer relations and team spirit at site.
•To ensure that mechanical installation schedule is followed.
•To highlight the economical and cost saving working procedures.
•To maintain good reporting practices.
•To ensure that mechanical as-built drawings are completed and communicated.

Installations
•To coordinate construction and installation works in cooperation with Civil and Electrical disciplines.
•To perform inspection of received material and goods at site.
•To participate the mechanical weekly site meetings.
•To perform the quality control and installation inspections at site.
•To guide the subcontractor(s) with mechanical design and installation instructions.
•To assist the subcontractor(s) in planning, organizing and execution of mechanical works.
•To advise and support the client in planning, organizing and execution of tests.
•To safeguard the compliance with HSSE policies and minimize risks in mechanical installation works.

Inspection and Testing
•To ensure that safe inspections and test procedures are followed.
•Instruct subcontractor to use accepted test and inspection methods and proper test equipment.
•To perform testing of installed equipment and document test results.
•To safeguard the compliance with HSSE policies and minimize risks during test period.
•To maintain punch list.
•To ensure that all required documents are submitted and signed by the client for taking over of the plant.
Requirements - Relevant engineering degree
- Good leadership, communication, team building and negotiation skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt new technologies
- Requires to work abroad 250-300 days annually
- Ability to adjust to a wide range of conditions and cultural environments
- Project Management knowledge is an advantage
- Good command of English, both oral and written
- Other languages are seen as an advantage

- Working experience in similar tasks preferred
