Position description -Provide HR support to the Head of department, division, function and/or region and respective Management team in the areas of organizational development, resourcing & recruitment; competence management; training & development; performance management; career development, job rotation & mobility, rewarding and/or motivation & engagement

-Maintain corporate systems updated with all hiring, terminations, promotions, compensation and current organizational structure of the staff

- Comply with all regulations, manuals, safety, health and environment codes, as well corporate guidelines related to quality, health, safety and environment

- Ensure compliance with each and every one of the rules, regulations, procedures and instructions of Wartsila

- Provide support in the development of human resources projects
