Technical Expert / Superintendent (f/m)

Responsibilities - Remote troubleshooting and remote operation support for 2-stroke installations
- Technical consulting and supporting of customer and internal stakeholder
- Analysis and evaluation of engine performance data
- On site advanced troubleshooting
- Supporting the internal sales organisation
- Preparation and holding of presentations and training courses
- Review of Field Service Work Reports
- Briefing and debriefing of Service engineers prior /- after service attendance
- Assist in the Field Service resource planning
Requirements - Minimum 3 years’ experience in Field Service of 2-stroke engines
- Dedicated service and commissioning experience on 2-stroke engines and related control systems
- Good command of engine thermodynamics
- Basic command in project management
- Good command in sales and technical negotiation
- Structured, analytic and self-dependent working attitude
- Good command in technical problem solving
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good command in team working in an international and intercultural working environment
- Willingness to travel

The ideal candidate has a professional education as Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Ship Operation Engineering or equivalent. Fluent language skills in verbal and written English are mandatory.
