Position description
Responsibilities •Good engineering understanding, preferably from the Renewables, LNG, Hydro and Power Plant business
•Renewables infrastructure Technical product portfolio knowledge
•Understanding customer and its business
•Understanding sales financials
•Understand for project development
•Able to understand how to influence regulation changes
•Excellent sales and contract negotiation skills
•Good communication skills preferably in English and Vietnamese
•Strong planning skills
•Team player attitude with ability to lead the sales team
•Self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude
•Goal oriented and Getter to close deal
Requirements •Sales and Market Development skills
•Strong business acumen and good negotiation skills
•Sound Experience with renewable energy : hydro power plant and solar power plant
•Experience in computer software programmes: Words, Excel, Power-point, CRM- Sales force
•Capable of arranging meetings and interacting with Senior Mgt and/or decision makers in customer's organization
•Comprehensive understanding of the renewables & Energy sector
•Understanding of power plant business model, financing, construction, operation and economic drivers
•Minimum Bachelor degree (engineering degree and/or advanced degree is desirable though renewables knowledge is a MUST)
•Minimum 5 years Renewables Power plant project Sales and/or power plant project development experience
