|Position description||Responsible for identify service agreement sales leads for both new and existing Marine and Energy solutions customers, as well as ensure agreement renewals in AMER area in cooperation with MS, ES and Services organizations.|
Identify service agreement sales leads for both new and existing Marine and Energy solutions customers, as well as ensure agreement renewals in AMER area in cooperation with MS, ES and Services organizations.
Coordinate and nominate internally the optimal sales team for agreement leads in cooperation with the Areas.
Act as key negotiator and capture team leader in selected comprehensive agreement deals.
Plan and follow up the sales forecasts for service agreements in in cooperation with MS, ES and Services organizations.
Make the action plan and fulfil the tasks set in the target setting and action plan.
Consolidate and distribute monthly reports to ensure transparency of activity and results against set targets.
Develop customer relations in close co-operation with MS, ES and Services Product lines.
Develop the cooperation with MS and ES sales.
Promote service agreements internally and externally.
Participate in the development of agreement sales.
Make sure that Wärtsilä service agreements are signed according to the Services and Agreement Sales guidelines.
Ensure Agreements sales profitability as per the Agreement Sales guidelines
B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Business or Engineering
Fluent English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus;
Experience in sales area, comprehensive agreement negotiation with Executives and customer interface in a global setting;
Understanding of the services, long-term agreements business and products, both technically and contractually;
For this position, high frequency trips required.
