1.Troubleshoot and repair as required on, Wartsila diesel electric propulsion systems, and vessel automation systems
Perform field service activities according to the work plan.
2.Perform overhauls and repairs on assemblies on site and/or in workshops.
3.May perform commissioning activities and handing the
equipment over to the customer and/or shipyard
4.Ensure customer satisfaction with job performance & through positive interactions with customers
5.Prepare Field Service & workshop reports in accordance to Wartsila standards.
6.Maintain current individual time sheets & expense records to support the timely invoicing of jobs to customers.
7.Co-ordinate with relevant parties to achieve quality standard and timely delivery.
8.Ensure that the work is executed according to Wärtsilä Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines and customer site procedures

University Degree in Marine or Electrical Engineering 1.Experience working in the marine or power plant industry with Wartsila branded products.
2.With at least 3 years leadership experience.
3.Handle pressure and make decision independently when required.
4.Willing to travel locally and abroad.
5.With PRC License.
6.With driver’s license and can drive 4 wheel vehicle.
