Position description To assist effectively in all the office requirements related to the administrative matters and of the reception area; to give support to other areas of Network;
Also to give direct support to Finance in the following areas:
PURCHASING AND LOGISTICS:-Support Local Purchasing;Handling Inbound and Outbound Logistics;Prepare PTIP (Purchasing Tool for Indirect Purchasing;Prepare Custom Documents;Vetting of Suppliers;Provide Weekly Updates on procurement activities. Finance Support:-Manage Local Payments;Manage Petty Cash;Prepare Payments and Cheques. Support Store Functions;
Filing and Maintaining of Accounting Documents; Comply with the Purchasing and Logistics Policy in keeping with the DOA.
Provide Administrative Support in the absence of the NAA. Interface with Company Stakeholders.
