Responsible market: New Build, Retrofit & After Sales in Singapore & Indonesia.
-Net Sales volume Singapore & Indonesia yearly targets
-Order Intake: Singapore & Indonesia yearly targets
-Margins/profitability: Singapore & Indonesia yearly targets
-Increase of customer satisfaction level through consistent communication and support
-Open up new markets for retrofit, after sales, upgrades for both oil & water lube applications for commercial and navy segments for all S&B products in 5 different product companies
-Generate sales leads from customers in defined area
-Active in opportunity management in order to meet yearly budget
-Increase market share of portfolio
-Generate reports and forecast for order-intake in defined area with active use and discipline in maintaining CRM
-Overall customer satisfaction
-Follow up feedback from customers in defined area
-Active use of available sales tools
-Build up and develop the relationship with customers in defined area, including ship owners, ship brokers, ship designers, shipyards, OEM, Navy, Hydro & Industry ,Identify and develop relationships with potential customers.
-Actively engage other (global) functions and team members to capture opportunities.
-Ensure a smooth transfer of contracted opportunities into contract management for turn-key projects
-Ensure quality of contracts and in line with Wartsila policies.
-Customer communication and support for running projects in cooperation with Sales Supporting & PCM Teams
-Identify, report and manage potential risks detected in the assigned projects.
-Business intelligence and knowledge for the Area
-To support all AMs in the After Sales team in order to grow the Spare Parts sales, Retrofit & Upgrades projects
-Lead and manage S&B Account Managers and Sales Support team
-Support product factories to capture monthly OI forecast
-Work closely with Marine Solutions to ensure all NB opportunities are converted to S&B opportunities
-Advanced experience in Marine Industry

-Proficient negotiation skills
-Wartsila S&B product & system knowledge is a plus
-Knowledge of Marine Industry
-Familiar with using of Microsoft WORD/ EXCEL/ PPT/ CRM / AUTOCAD / SAP
-Proactive and positive attitude
-Bachelor or Polytechnic, major in mechanical or electrical Sales and marketing experience, at least 5 years sales experience in Marine or Heavy Machinery Industry with 2 years in an international company
