Product Sales Manager for Hydro market with following responsibilities for own portfolio:
- responsible for services sales and order intake according to target of SUIT;
- developing business plan and follow up with support of CRM;
- ensuring optimal cross border and cross Area cooperation with proper internal networking;
- generating local business intelligence and exploring new scenarios for business opportunities
- Preparation of proposal packages, quotations, costs estimate, wording, terms and conditions, tender documents
- Check and sharing costs estimate with organization involved in delivery phase (FS Operations, Contract Management, Wartsila Delivery Org. )
- Preparation of contract cost calculations, elaborating SC , local data base subcontractor’ offers)
- Participate in contract review in cooperation with local Sales and Solution organization
- Support SS team in answering customers’ technical requests, Service Bulletin handling/distribution

Written and spoken Italian and English for daily activities are absolutely needed and mandatory required.
Written and spoken French and/or Spanish are appreciated.
Ideal candidate has technical high school certificate or technical degree.
Multiple years of work experience, also in demanding, structured organizations / business environment with particular and specific focus on main players of Italian Hydro market.
Hydro turbine knowledge in the area of up-grade and refurbishment of existing turbine mechanical components would be of great value.
Consolidated experiences in Sales and/or Technical Support will be also positively evaluated, with special focus to experiences in the Product Lines above. Field service background with hydro turbines would also be an additional value.
