•Quality of team’s Service Sales proposals
•Team time to respond to Sales enquiries
•Generation of targeted sales leads by team
•Hit rate of team proposals
•Manage local team of Proposal Engineers in the preparation and delivery of high quality sales proposals and any supporting presentation material & documents.
•Improve quality and hit rate of proposals through implementation of proposal management way of working.
•Support Service Sales Team by Proposal Team presenting and explaining proposals to customer. Take the lead on complex and high value opportunities proposals.
•Manage team in identifying and promoting leads for recommendation to Service Unit Sales team.
•Co-ordinate internal and external promoting of solutions and success stories for attracting additional business.
•Act as the local point of contact on behalf of General Manager Proposals, for liaising with other local departments and within the Proposal Team.
•Lead, support, coach and develop local Proposal Engineers.
•Develop and improve relationship and way of working with other stakeholders.
•Work with General Manager, Proposals to continuously improve processes, templates and way of working.
Bachelor Degree in Engineering 10 years minimum total experience, with 5 years in similar position
