Field Service Administrative Coordinator

Position description Manage operative daily activities locally within assigned responsibility.
Ensures the completeness of the defined routines, transactions and other daily work of own area.
Executes all needed actions for local implementation or Wartsila’s process / products / services according to Wartsila business targets within the area of responsibility.
Implement assigned actions in order to meet the set targets.
Work in accordance with business as well as Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines.
Cooperate and interact with relevant internal stakeholders.
Open, follow up and close single and/or standard Field Service work orders (in SAP).
Plan activities, resources, spare parts, costs and time schedule for work order (in SAP).
Follow-up and report the status of the work order to customer or relevant internal stakeholders.
To comply with the management system accordingly to what has been implemented locally for her/his position
Perform all activities needed to reach the objectives of the position and comply with the orders, instructions, values and company policies applicable as employee and/or the position.

Customer relation and customer oriented Studies and or experience in finance and or administrative departments
English Skills
At least 2 years in a similar position
