Position description Lead a team of technical and administrative coordinators in executing the FS jobs / projects sold by Service Sales.

Train resources in order to meet market and customer needs by competence and availability

Support Sales in inquiry stage to ensure profitability targets are achieved.

Lead the WAE FS to successfully manage all jobs from planning until invoiced.

Develop FS team to successfully manage all job activity types.

Keeping track of incoming and outgoing works in Workshop.

Allocating work to workshop personnel on priority basis.

Quality control of work done.

Work closely with QC and HSE department.

Verification of inspection and service reports.

Implement global guidelines and tools into day to day operations.

Recruitment (in line with global guidelines) within own organizational unit.

Control the quality of service performance (zero rework) and profitability (margins) of Field service and/or workshop service work orders.

Control the orders’ margins and hours deviation (plan/actual), Time to Invoice and Work in Progress.

Control the Billable worked hours Rate, Utilization Rate and Invoiced Utilization Rate.

10 - 15 years experience

Marine engineering background or equivalent

Must have experience working in a multi cultural society

Having hands on experience in operation & maintenance of Engines, Resources and running a full fledged workshop.

Worked in an ISO 9001 environment and strict adherence to policies, procedures and guidelines therein, leading to competitive edge.
