Sales Support Manager

Position description This role works closely with Account Managers to ensure that the customers’ technical requirements are addressed and solutions provided. This role works also with the Services Propulsion Product line sales support to ensure that proper solutions are offered to the customers.

- Arrange Propulsion quotations and package proposals.
- Provide Sales Support on Propulsion related technical information to Account Managers, using internal resources.
- Contact point for Technical queries to external customers.
- Provide product support information about parts, field service and service products
- Coordinate technical matters with P/L, sales support teams.
- Coordinate daily activities and urgent requests with relevant colleagues in order to find satisfactory solutions.
- Ensures that proposed solution fulfils the customer requirements.
- Maintain and update Sales data and customer database.
- To carry out any other task that may from time to time be assigned.

- Good in English, written and verbal
- Good knowledge of Wartsila products
- Good understanding of Wartsila Organisation
- Knowledge of Sales and Delivery processes
- Willingness to work and live in Mainland China

- Bsc - Engineering - Experience with Propulsion operations and maintenance
