Timely and accurate reaction to assigned contractual customer requisitions, purchases and service requests.
Coordination of Tools, Spare parts, Workshop services and Field Service resources for scheduled maintenance, visits or other activities.
Coordination with customer of logistics of tools and parts, cabins, permits, travel and/or dry-docks.
Assists customer to prepare dates for scheduled overhauls and workshops locations.
Review and approval of the costs and prepared invoices for the coordinated activities.
Problem solving, claim handling and ensuring Wartsila complies with its contractual requirements.
To closely work together with the contract team and rest of the organization. Actively updates the contract manager of any important items.
Proper record keeping of activities and contractual requirements, like workshop status report and monthly status report.
Coordination of above activities in a timely manner and within budget.

Previous SAP experience is a plus Bachelors Degree in Business or relevant field More than 2 years experience in a similar role
