Position description Wärtsilä Training Services is looking for a (Senior) Instructor, Electrical Systems. Title and responsibilities of the employee depends on the experience level.

The position is located in Turku, Finland.
Responsibilities Your responsibilities in this job will mainly consist of providing technical training for internal and external customers, as well as participating in the training content material production process. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing practical training environment and facilities. In this position you would be a part of a passionate training team, supporting and developing the team within areas of your own expertise.
Requirements B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or an equivalent education is needed for this job. The behaviours we wish you would have are openness and flexibility to promote building of customer relations and teamwork. In this position, self-management skills are also needed to perform and act independently on different tasks. The job includes travelling a few weeks per year. A desired skill is also good command of English and good skills in communication and documentation.

Working experience in the field and / or experience in training is considered as a strong merit. We also highly appreciate experience in Operation and Maintenance of Wärtsilä engines, Power Plant and / or Ship Power technology, Commissioning work, or LNG and / or environmental technology.
