Process quotes/orders in WeSap
Communicate with internal/external clients to obtain information to clarify/resolve issues
Track and reports open order pending delivery
Communicate both internal and external on any order discrepancies
General record keeping
Maintain margin set forth in the Service Guidelines
High level of accuracy and analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines and work within a team environment
Ability to meet high work demands and expectations in an efficient and effective manner
Ability to interact effectively with others.
Efficient in Microsoft software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Bachelor degree Experience in a manufacturing/service environment.
