Coordinator, PCM

Position description The PCM Coordinator handles and coordinates quotations and orders of spare parts to internal and external customers.
Responsibilities - Be responsible for quality and response time for orders and inquiries
- Follow up parts deliveries according to agreed process, including possible problem solving and claim handling
- Support non-conformities team with regards to spare parts orders and deliveries
- Act as a link between Sales, Customers (internal and external) and various departments within WGLS and Solutions Management.
- Create invoices and other possible documents needed for delivery
- Create purchase orders and liaise with external vendors
- Off hour support for spare parts deliveries
- Other duties as requested by superior

Professional Skills:
- Understand customers' business
- Familiar with Wärtsilä parts order processes and Guidelines B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree Knowledge of Customer service and Parts coordination is required.
