Position description Provide HR support to the Head of department, division, function and/or area and respective Management team in the areas of organizational development & design; resourcing & recruitment; competence management; training & development; performance management; career development, job rotation & mobility, rewarding and motivation & engagement.
Develops, manages, coordinates, and administers a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities.
