Team Leader, Sales Engineering

Position description - Act as team leader in Sales engineering within Marine Solutions, Engine Sales
- Lead and future develop sales engineering way of working within Marine Solutions Engine Sales
- Lead and coach Sales engineers within the team
- Participate on Sales engineering strategy and target setting creation
- Participate on executing sales strategy within Sales engineering organisation
- Resources and competence planning within sales engineering team
- Proactively work to enable cross-divisional and cross-organisational cooperation
- Manage big and complex bid package preparation work in order to achieve defined sales targets
- Ensures knowhow and professional competence development within the team
- Working principles are in place and assigned according to best practise followed by business strategy
- Develop and test sales engineering tools together with operational development and other Business Lines
- Ensure response time for sales inquiries / requests are met
- Ensure the quality of quotations and commercial technical specifications
- Provide commercial and technical assistance to Sales and customers as needed
- Coordinate daily activities and urgent requests within the team
