Position description - To coordinate administrative tasks and work of Administration Assistant
- Daily administration issues, reception desk, correspondence and circulation of the invoices, guests in office, management support
- Performs a variety of professional activities supporting own local organization
- Ensures the completeness of the defined routines, transactions and other daily work of own area
- Supports managers in assigned tasks
- Executes all needed actions for local implementation of Wärtsilä's processes according to Wärtsilä business targets within the area of responsibility
- Coordinate and administer a variety of programmes and activities - Travelling matters, cooperation with BCD, If Insurance, AMEX, medical care, life insurance, maintaining of employees data base, maintaining of vendors data base, agreements with subcontractors
- Agreements related to organization and functioning of the offices
- Supplying of the office materials, foodstuffs, hygienic and sanitary materials
Requirements - Good knowledge in working tools (Excel, MS-words)
- Good command of English in speaking and writing
- Planning and target setting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both as a team player and individually
- Problem solving and organization skills Degree in administration or economy 2-3 years experience in administration
