Position description • Set up Clear and acceptable Account Plan according to Company Vision and Strategy, Review Account Plan monthly
• Complete Master Data and OHI for appointed Accounts in CRM
• Achieve targets of Order Intake and sales margin for all sales functions
• Visit customers and prospects frequently, based on a weekly planning activities, Weekly Report for short term order intakes
• Data analysis for all orders and quotations. Understand the real needs, operation and purchase behavior of appointed Customers.
• Responsible for CRM opportunities pipeline management
• Set up smooth business channel or model for customer in getting Wartsila Services
• Enable to adapt any change in highly developing market and internal requirements
• Manage professional internal resources to support company business, i.e., Sales support, technical support, FS and WGLS
• CEM Management and responds, develop and maintain customer satisfaction
• Collect and communicate market intelligence, business news and competitor information, report monthly
• Plan and report all customer visit in CRM
• Be responsible for overdue payment and credit management
• Cooperate and coordinate sales activities for global or cross country operating customer with responsible colleagues
• Where required involve departments outside services e.g. Marine Solution and Energy Solution in order to fulfill customer needs to the extent possible and increase install base
• Other duties as requested by the superior
• Develop value-based offerings fit for own customers together with FS and product-lines
• Eager to develop own competence and help others develop

Requirements • Bachelor degree or above in mechanical / marine engineering
• At least 5 (3 for Account Sales Coordinator) years practical experiences in Marine / Power Plant / Oil & Gas / other heavy industry such as mining and chemical
• Proved broad experiences of sales to heavy industry equipment owners
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Self-motivated, result-orientation, a high energy level
• Willingness to travel in China and abroad
