Position description We are looking for a Solution Manager, Sales. Wärtsilä offers a lot of challenges and growth potential for people passionate about supporting business with world-class solutions. In the Solution Manager position you will enhance and support solutions used in sales operations in Wärtsilä.
Responsibilities - Actively work on operational development projects enhancing and optimising sales processes
- Guide and assist business process owners to optimize, automatize and industrialize business processes with IT solutions
- Manage and be responsible for development and total delivery of solutions during their lifecycle
- Support, consult and participate in operational development projects
- Manage the documentation and communication related to the own functional area
- Work in closed co-operation with Service manager, vendors and business stakeholders
Requirements - Education: B.Sc or equivalent in IT or engineering domain
- Very good team working skills in global environment
- Proactive, development-minded, independent and goal-focused attitude to work
- Overall understanding in Sales area
- Good software engineering skills (turning requirements to designs, usability, architecture, testing, IT project management, integration)
- Knowledge of related information systems (Salesforce Sales cloud) is seen essential
- Problem solving skills
- Good leadership, collaboration and change management skills
- Very good documentation and presentation skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel
