•Manage Management System Process including internal auditing, corrective/preventive actions, external audit and document control.
o Review process documentation from Process Owners to ensure that it complies with the applicable standards and current way of working.
o Follow up corrective/preventive actions
o Internally promote the goals of continually improving, environmental performance and safety performance.
o Evaluate data and identify recurring problems to define necessary preventive actions.
o Root cause analysis in EHS deviation and good following in action plan.
o Educate and train local operational organization to ensure that EHS procedures and standards are understood and complied
o Participate in internal, external audits and inspection.
o Ensure that QEHS statutory and regulatory requirements are implemented in the Service Unit.
o Lead and Development projects within own responsibility area.
o Train employees in the use of EHS tools.
o Coach Manager, supervisor and employees to develop and continually improve process.
o To comply with the management system accordingly to what has been implemented locally for her/his position
o Perform all activities needed to reach the objectives of the position and comply with the orders, instructions, values and company policies applicable as employee and/or the position.
o Participate in development of local methods, procedures or another to improve the EHS performance.
o Ensure that corrections, preventive and corrective actions are defined and implemented for EHS non-conformities.

*Education / Experience
•College Degree or Technician in related EHS or Quality
•Certification about Internal Auditor in Management Systems and/or Operational Excellence Methodologies.
•Full English (Speaking and writing)
•Minimum four years of experience on Health & Safety Management System
•Minimum two years of experiences in implemented ISO 140001 and OHSAS 18001 Norm
