Position description Coordinate the quotation and orders of Global Logistic Service (GLS) and non-GLS spare parts from the Request for
Quote (RFQ) stage to Order (PO) processing stage and finally to the Deliverable stage (End-to-End).

Responsibilities Main responsibilities:
• Act as a customer contact for parts sales orders and quotations
• Ensure correct customer master data and handling instructions are used when processing quotations and orders
• Process quotations and orders according to working procedure, guidelines, and local requirements
• Ensure highest level of quality and response time for quotes and orders
• Follow up with supply chain of parts deliveries according to agreed process
• Ensure documentation follow up for sales orders and quotations
• Ensure daily report handling (monitoring) is reviewed and submitted
• Validate, process, and follow up internally and externally on received quality claims
• Act as a link between customer and the various departments involved in spare parts delivery process.
• Communicate with external and internal interest parties regarding inquiries orders and deliveries; participate in
account planning
• Identify and report possible improvement areas in the way of working (systems otherwise)
• Off hour support for spare parts deliveries (24 hrs service), if applicable.
Requirements Professional skills:
• B. Sc. or M. Sc. degree and 2-3 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Customer Service or
5-7 years in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Customer Service industries
• ERP system (SAP preferred)

• Contractual and legal skills; understand basic terms and conditions
• Word processing, spreadsheets, reporting skills; ability to report and interpret various reporting formats
• Technical product portfolio knowledge preferred
• Commercial Invoicing

• International payments and credits; understanding of payment and Inco terms
