Responsibilities Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

To grow in sales and improve profitability of Customers and Wärtsilä
To keep both Marine Solutions and Services aligned and involved
To work in complete alignment with Solution and Marine Solutions
To improve cross-business sales and customer relations management cooperation
To increase the allotted customers satisfaction rating
To benefit customers’ business through cross-division and global offerings
To improve coordination for global customers
To increase customer focus in the whole Wärtsilä organization
To achieve Services GTV and MS OI

Responsible for:
Allotted key accounts Services Sales Budget
Creating, developing and guiding the KAM Accounts team
Developing Account Business Plan and follow-up
Defining the sales approach to the customer
Building value propositions for sales opportunities (packaging solutions)
Ensuring optimal cross-functional approach
Generating customer intelligence and exploring new business opportunities
Aligning strategies together with the customer
Continuous development of the relationship
Managing customer events
Managing and coordinating red flag actions
KPIs: according to MS and S Sales
Attend in virtual cross-country and cross-divisional KAM team
Facilitation of lifecycle sales
Manage/co-ordinate the MS leads
Requirements High level of interpersonal(people)skills required to manage a diverse community of sale professionals, including inside sales, sales support, and international portfolio managers for products in production.

Extensive experience in all aspects of Customer Relationship Management within Cruise Market

Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements

Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals (50%)

Self-disciplined, a self-starter, and is able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment

Exercises active listening, builds trust in networks and relationships and gives feedback continuously in a constructive manner.

Versatility in communications styles. Able to apply to different kinds of communication techniques and styles.

Successful experience in analyzing and evaluating total costs in complex business circumstances and provide recommendations for the optimal solutions and approach.

Highly developed communication and diplomacy skills used to guide, persuade and influence others internally or externally.

Excellent presentation skills.

Successful track record of selling at a strategic level, developing win-win solutions.

Advanced negotiation and presentation skills

Independently resolves issues as they arise.

Evaluates complex situations using multiple sources of information. Solves problems that are complicated or novel requiring the ability to filter, prioritize, analyze and validate complex dynamic material.

Strong computer literacy and have the ability to use the Microsoft Office product suite including Word, Excel and Power Point

Bachelors Degree, with 10 years of sales and management experience within Marine market; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Past Sales experience and/or account management in the Marine market required, background related to company positioning in view of Strategic planning.
