Creating, developing and guiding the KAM Accounts team
Developing Account Business Plan and follow-up
Defining the sales approach to the customer

Generating customer intelligence and exploring new business opportunities
Aligning strategies together with the customer
Continuous development of the relationship
Managing customer events
Managing and coordinating red flag actions
KPIs: according to MS and S Sales
Attend in virtual cross-country and cross-divisional KAM team
Facilitation of lifecycle sales
Manage/co-ordinate the MS leads
High level of interpersonal(people)skills required to manage a diverse community of sale professionals, including inside sales, sales support, and international portfolio managers for products in production.
Extensive experience in all aspects of Customer Relationship Management within Cruise Market
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals (50%)
Self-disciplined, a self-starter, and is able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment

Bachelors Degree, with 10 years of sales and management experience within Marine market; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Past Sales experience and/or account management in the Marine market required, background related to company positioning in view of Strategic planning.
