1. Create marketing strategies that support the Marine Solutions (MS) overall strategy as well as the business lines’ strategies. Define marketing objectives based on business targets and business plan.
2. Create marketing and launch plans to achieve marketing objectives defined in the marketing strategy, and which receives maximum impact for the marketing investment defined.
3. Manage and execute marketing plans and marketing strategy within defined budget.
4. Develop marketing key messages and content, based on value propositions, to be used in the marketing channels defined in the marketing plan and/or launch plan.
Deliver effective marketing and brand building activities.
Establish best practice in individual marketing capabilities.
Implement and maintain consistent processes.
Manage and control expenditure in a timely and accurate manner.
Extract best value from supplier relationships.
Media and media mix understanding.
Managing and leading projects and /or teams.
Good command in English. Other languages seen as advantage.
B.Sc/M.Sc in Marketing or other relevant area of expertise
