You will be leading a motivated Contract Management team that is Managing a variety of contract types for Marine, Oil& Gas, land based Power Plants and cruise customers.
-Development of the Contract Management business in Service Unit USA along with process quality & efficiency
-Financial results, margin deviation and accruals, of Contract Management in Service Unit USA
-Customer satisfaction within own responsibility area in the Service Unit USA
-Contract Management organization and competencies development within the Service Unit USA
-Cost to serve control and awareness
-Prepare Service Unit USA Contract Management input for the global Contract Management strategy and action plan.
-Responsible for making the Contract Management target setting, action planning and action implementation in the Service Unit USA.
-Communicate and ensure implementation of the Contract Management mission, vision, road map, processes, actions, tasks and targets to achieve goals.
-Develop Contract renewal strategy for contracts that are reaching their end
-Lead, manage, train and coach CM teams and Contract Management organization in the Service Unit USA
-Implement Contract Management process way of working
-Follow up and promote employee satisfaction
-Ensure development of competent resources
-Implement QHES (Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental) procedures in CM in Service Unit USA.
-Follow-up Customer satisfaction and supervise needed agreed actions in CM in Service Unit USA.
-Ensure that mobilization plans are made and follow up the implementation, where applicable.
-Demobilization plans, where applicable, to be made in early stage when a contract is reaching its end.
-Implement renewal strategy and execute renewals for contracts reaching their end
Review & reporting
-Follow up financial, operative and technical performance through reviews and reporting and take corrective actions
-Arrange internal Audits according to the Contract process
-Report the findings and actions to GM Operations, SU Director and Area GM, CM.
-Report to the GM Operations, SU Director and Area GM, Contracts the implementation of contract process and other parameters as requested.
-Ensure continuous, reliable and on-time reporting of Contracts within own area to next Contract management level.
