-Support and roll out customer availability process
-Improve our customers business over all due to fast and high quality services
-Develop innovative and digital solutions to enhance our customers business
- Lead sales teams in the assigned geographical region of Power Plants and Industrial customers to meet strategic goals like mentioned above.
-Develop sales projects and or upgrades in the Caribbean.
-Keep strong relationships with stakeholders on multiple locations
-Customer focus, maintain excellent relations and further develop this.
-Planning of customer visits and participate visiting key customers
-Develop and follow development targets, main focus on customer satisfaction, customer installation efficiency and customer plant availability, employee satisfaction and safety.

Engineer or Bachelor degree and five + years of sales and technical experience, preferably with work experience in the area of corporate sales; or a Master degree in Wartsila business related field and three + years of directly related experience; or the equivalent of both experience and education Five + years of sales and technical experience, preferably with work experience in the area of corporate sales; or the equivalent of both experience and education
