Position description We are looking for a Service Manager for global centralized Document Management services in Wärtsilä. He/she will be working in a small document management service team managing and providing high quality document management and data governance services. Wärtsilä is currently transferring to a new global document management system and you will have a great opportunity to start with something new. You will also have a top position to work in very challenging and interesting business environment.

The position in document management team is part of a global Workplace Services team which is providing a large portfolio of services for all users in Wärtsilä. We are focusing continuously improving the performance, delivery, quality and cost efficiency of high standard delivered services. We are using the latest cloud technologies and developing modern digital workplace to boost our employees productivity.
Responsibilities - Operational service management, managing a matrix support team, stakeholder collaboration, vendor management, deployment management
- Document management service development and roadmap work
- Project work
- Documentation, business and stakeholder communications and demand management
- Drafting policies and guidelines for the service
Requirements - Very good understanding and proficiency about enterprise document and content management
- Very good IT service management skills (ITIL)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good knowledge of IT architecture and services principles
- Very good team working skills in a global environment
- Proactive, development-minded, independent and goal-focused attitude to work
- Good leadership, collaboration and change management skills
- Very good documentation and presentation skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
- B.Sc. or higher degree
- Min 5 years experience of enterprise document management and vendor management
