This position shall be based in Oman. Preference shall be given to candidates, presently residing in Oman.
Should be a confident Speaker with good communication skills and fluency in English and Arabic.
Lead sales projects for Energy Solutions
Deliver Net Sales, Margin and other relevant metrics in the assigned area / country
Manage customer relationships
Manage sales team and the sales processes in the assigned Business Line / customer segment / defined responsibility area to meet strategic goals.
Manage, monitor and develop the sales projects in own responsibility area and report the progress to relevant stakeholders.
Define action plans for assigned sales team according to sales business strategy and monitoring the activities.
Responsible for forecasting of sales volumes and costs in defined responsibility area.
Maintain and further develop present customers and potential customers relationships.
Organize and participate in relevant sales meetings with customers.
Identify, report and manage potential risks detected in the assigned projects.
