What does a Customer Service Coordinator do?
Eniram has expanded it’s offering to support also commercial shipping activities and has launched a new service-based product-line. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to manage this product-line’s daily delivery related tasks. Your primary responsibilities will be handling the daily communication with clients, prepare and ship hardware, system administration, order-management, coordination with logistics suppliers and invoicing.
What kind of skills does a Customer Service Coordinator need?
Our ideal candidates will have some sort of shipping education or practical experience. It is vital to have good attitude towards working with customers and excellent command of written English. Although this role is administrative in nature, some of the work will be quite technical. Therefore, a high level of general IT literacy and a keen interest in technology will be an advantage. Training will be provided.
