HR Manager

Position description -Fully implement Global and Local HR systems, policies and procedures to support business operations in terms of C&B, System and Process, International Mobilities, and other HR related process.
-Active involve in all China HR policies, processes and system development projects, as well as give constructive inputs on global system development.
-Work closely with all internal customer/business team to well address business needs and work out solutions in timely and efficient manner.
-Responsible for HR yearly budget
-Compile data and generate various reports per request
-Responsible for Employee Relationship.
-Responsible for coordinator all China C&B activities.
-Understand and fully implement the Corporate International Mobility Policy as well as Site Assignment and Short-term Assignment policy and provide guidance to assignees when needed.
-Project Owner of Global C&B program implementation in China including project
planning and execusion.
-Ensure payroll is timely and accurately handled that fully comply with C&B policy, IIT regulation, etc.
Requirements -Ability to work independently and effectively on multiple tasks and projects
-Fluent written and spoken English
-Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft office applications Wärtsilä
-Business and result orientation with customer service skills
-Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills at all level bachelor or above 8 years +
