Concept Development Manager, Oil & Gas Agreements

As a new team, Oil and Gas Services Development will be formed. Product Line 4-Stroke Engine Services is looking for a Concept Development Manager to conceptualize agreement models, support sales with calculations and create customer business cases. The positions ensures that we can structure our offering and have concepts that are based on customer requirements.

Position description Preferred location is one Finland, but can be considered as any of the main Wärtsilä locations. Position will report to General Manager, Oil&Gas.

Responsibilities - Concept and solution development of service agreements for the O&G industry
- Support in sales and business development activities
- Developing Customer specific solutions and value propositions together with sales
- Focus on upselling
- Enable increased sales volumes through more comprehensive agreements solutions together with sales
- Promotion of new solutions and concepts, including internal and external marketing

- Increase quality and customer satisfaction of sold agreements
-Be part of the Capture Team for O&G opportunities, through advising sales in technical and commercial contract negotiations with customers
- Participation and key contributor in development projects for Oil and Gas Services
- Provide Oil and Gas Service Agreements training to relevant stakeholders
- Prepare calculations and budgets for Service O&G agreements
- Prepare Service Agreement proposal packages and contract appendices for Sales
Requirements You are the person we are looking for, if you recognise yourself below:
- Solid Experience and track record from working in the Oil and Gas industry or with Oil and Gas Customers
- Relevant academic degree
- Experience from concept development and sales support and sales tools
- Strong results orientation and track record of achieving results.
- Good understanding of Services business
- Strong industry, market, customer and product understanding, proven track-record in and genuine interest to develop and drive the sales.
- Big picture thinking and customer centricity mindset.
- Ability to focus on right things, taking the ownership and making change happen.
- Self-driven person with can-do attitude with a genuine interest in conceptualizing ideas and technical possibilities into solutions
- Fluent in both written and oral business English, other languages are considered as an advantage.
- Solid presentation skills and enjoys giving presentations
