- Management of customer complaints is the primary job function.
- Handle customer complaint in timely and professionally.
- Handling, coordination and follow through on customer complaints and being the contact between the customer and own
organization, securing a good customer service, steady execution and feedback.
- Planning, execution and driving progress inside own organization according to 8D framework.
- Reporting on Customer complaints to management.
- Improving processes, tools and reporting continuously.
- Be Project Manager on other customer delivery projects as assigned.
- Handles customers complaint fast and effectively ensure complaints are handled professionally.
- Handles complex project/program planning, execution, monitoring and controlling.
Ability to communicate and negotiate with customers with good results in terms of customer satisfaction and outcome for company
Ability to organize processes and projects internally and motivate participants to provide customer satisfaction without excess spending
Be a role model in terms of customer handling, securing a fair deal for all parties Preferably Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering
Additional education in Project Management or general Management Extensive experience as Project Manager of customer delivery projects
Solid experience in customer negotiations with good results
Experience with pumps technology
Experience in warranty management and 8D process execution
