Position description � Full order processing in SAP under Key Process 13. Liaises with customers,Account Managers, FS/WS Manager and Network Companies/Product Companies
� Organize purchase requisitions for all sub-contractor services as required
� Ensures that all job related expenses are captured and booked into the job
� Monitor costs on the job and take appropriate action
� Ensures that job related correspondence are maintained in the respective job file
� Reviews completed FS/WS jobs for invoicing
� Assist the FS/WS/Resources Manager as required
� Ensure that FS/WS processes are effectively implemented and maintained
� Demonstrate commitment to OH&S, Environmental and Quality Systems and actively participate in Wartsila's initiatives
� Be a Team player: support colleagues and superiors, share information, contribute to a friendly work atmosphere.

� Assist with month-end reporting as required
Requirements intermediate to advanced computer skills

positive attitude
SAP knowledge preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience 5 or more years
