HR Admin Officer -Mauritania

We are looking for an HR Admin Office.
The position will be located in Nouakchott (Mauritania)and reports to HR Manager, WWA.

Position description - Support Contract and Plant Managers on all related HR issues they face in the different sites
- Responsible for roll-out and monitoring of HR policy and awareness all employees about Company policies that apply to each Category
- Responsible for all payroll issues and the timely payment of salaries for all employees
- Act as the key user of the SAP HR and update personnel files and employee status changes. Also prepare the HR KPI’s/ presentations/ reports
- Administer/manage leave and rotations for all staff ensuring the timely submission of rotation rosters for staff
- Employee absenteeism follow-up and corrective actions
- Focal point for HR issues concerning sites
- Prepare all KPI’s relating to leave and health and advice HRM and line on trends/issues each month.
- Liaise and work closely with Medical insurance and ensure that budget is not overrun
- Notify to Customer representative for all disciplinary actions and issues related their employees
- under Wartsila Mauritania supervisory
- Follow-up of applications and the renewal of residence permits for expatriates
- Draft all Work related documents (Work Certificate, promotion letter, Notice board….) to employees
- To keep update employee’s personal records including completion of formalities related with joining of the new incumbents
- Legislation updates, consulting to HR team and to managers, contact to labour consultants

- Developing, implementing and maintaining HR policies, procedures and the employee hand book is a natural part of the generalist job as well as overseeing employee relations, employee safety and health programs as a part of the HR team and solving any arising queries related to them
