Position description Accountabilities :
- Order intake
- Sales & sold margin for assigned customers & prospects
- Number of customers & prospects visiting
- CROL
- Response time
- Collection time
- Updating customer & installation data
- Report & record sales activities in CRM

Main Responsibilities :
- Achieve targets for revenue and margin within personal budget
- Manage a professional relationship with the support organization
- Visit customers and prospects frequently ( target is 3 days per week )
- Ensure customers inquiries / orders / complaints and promptly, satisfactorily handled by the Sales Support team
- Carry out customer satisfaction surveys (CROL)
- Prepare all visiting plan in CRM for next 2 weeks
- Complete quality visit report in CRM for each visit
- Maintain Accounts Master Data & Installation Date in CRM
- Create and maintain data in CRM
- Prepare and update capture plans for retaining, expanding and developing business
- Maintain and develop relationship with existing customers
- Analysis for response time by OP
- Collecting receivable
