HR Assistant

Position description 1. Operates the telephone system, process incoming calls or place calls as may be required.
2. Welcomes visitors, informs concerned parties of their arrival and directs visitors to waiting lounge.
3. Receives/dispatches incoming/outgoing mails and logs them using a logbook.
4. Records, copies and informs concerned parties of incoming faxes, documents and parcels for collection.
5. Sends and returns outgoing faxes.
6. Data gathering HR KPI.
7. Perform the clerical tasks from time to time.
8. Treats with utmost confidentiality all gathered information from telephone communication.
9. Act as Emergency Response Team Admin. Coordinator (contact to external emergency numbers)
10. Monitoring and handling of employee benefits.
11. Process owner or key person for Visitor Guidelines implementation
12. Other duties assigned by superior.
13. Encoding and updating of Training records, database etc.
14. Lead role in arranging employee recreation activities for HR.
15. Coordinates with all 3rd Party Service Contractors ((Mega, Alsons, Spectrum Security Services, Billybard Catering Services-)
16. Encodes & monitors VL & SL for all WPH and O&M regular employees leave ledger
17. Monitors company cars’ insurance and registration
18. Regularly updates employees’ 201 files
19. Prepare and monitors Training Agreements
20. Encodes OJT daily time records and processes allowances
21. Prepares purchase requisition of employees’ monthly rice allowance ( In-kind)

Requirements Good english communication, written and oral
Computer literate
Teamwork skill
Can handle multiple responsibilities, highly -organized and action-oriented Bachelor's Degree/College Degree in Business Administration or related field Must have minimum 3 years office administration, general HR and administrative functions
Willing to work in Cabuyao, Laguna
Day shift (8AM-5PM), Monday-Friday
Free shuttle will be provided from the ff pick-up points: Makati/Alabang/Cabuyao/Calamba
