Purchase & Logistics Coordinator

Services Unit Caribbean and Central America (SUCCA) is the Services Unit responsible for Caribbean, Central America and Mexico including Guyana and Suriname. The area consist of around 25 countries and yearly services sales are above 100 MEUR.

We are looking for a professional doer to be part of our team in taking our business to the next level in our fast moving and challenging market.

Local Contract is offered for this position.

Position description Purchase Requisition reception from different departments
Request, evaluate and select offers from vendors based on the criteria established company policy
Purchase Orders processing in SAP
On time delivery coordination of orders
Follow up/ monitor orders in process until its final delivery
Inbound/outbound logistics coordination
Coordinate and monitor local customs clearance process of international orders.
Perform vendor evaluation process
Negotiation with vendors
Maintain authorized vendor database updated
