HR Generalist

Position description Support and handle all HR issues for 130 employees working in the Toyama factory including
- training and development implementation & follow-up,
- all recruiting/staffing processes and receiving new employees,
- working as a contact person for the labour union
- handling performance appraisals, promotions, merit increases, bonus administrations working closely with line managers

Maintain employee data of WJP’s 200 employees with data quality (SAP/HR, DD/CA, etc.)
Requirements Desired candidate would have a set of:
- Proven experience in Human resources. 5 or more years of experience
- Negotiation and coordination skills to support HR area development
- Good communication skills with English and Japanese
- Positive and open personality to make a good relationship with employees
- Multicultural sensitivity, ability to build relations and understand international business practices.
Ideal candidate should have bachelor degree or equivalent educational back ground. 5 or more experience of working as HR Generalist
