Purchase planning engineer

Job description:  Regular review projects reservation together with production planning and transfer to proper supply plan including critical parts supplier proposal there to meet on time and qualified project delivery requirements.
 Follow defined engineering documents ready date and make action to reduce or alarm delivery risk for any engineering drawing delay
 Follow PO releasing process finished in required date, focus on critical parts and long lead time components PO releasing as priority No.1 issue, and report to manager for any risks in the process.
 Follow ECN handling in procurement, summary quality cost and follow claim handling in purchasing team.
 Check supplier capacity at regular base to ensure it meet demand, and raise proposal if additional capacity required.
 Responsible for planning related master data is properly maintained in system on time
 Initialize project budget and monthly report actual purchased volume and cost estimation together with separate team supervisors/Manager
 Working with manager to manage supplier performance and follow up improvement actions where necessary.
 Propose for process optimization in supply chain
 Other work or job required by supervisor

Requirements:  Bachelor degree and major in mechanical related area
 3 to 5 years working experience in supply chain area, especially for supply planning or production planning.
 Knowledge in purchasing process
 English communication skills
 Proficiency in PC and software applications, such as MS Office
 ERP operation
 Team-spirited, patient and responsible.
 Have awareness of ISO14001 & OHSAS18001
